Building Stress Resilience
​
Four-hour, eight-hour, or multi-week two-hour psychoeducation groups.
​
Content can be personalized to the group.
​
Participants are encouraged to build a plan that works best for them from the tools and strategies provided.

Topics include

The long-term impact of stress on the body and mind.

Just how stressed Am I? (personal stress assessment)

Values-based time management.

How healthier interactions with others decrease our stress.

"Musts" vs. "Shoulds".

Determining our elements of happiness.

Incorporating simple calming cognitive and behavioral habits into your daily life.
Transforming Your Personal Narrative

Four-hour or eight-hour psychoeducational* workshops
​
Content and manner of narrative expression can be personalized to the group.
​
Participants are encouraged to produce or at least begin a revised narrative. No one is required to share any element of their story with others.
​
Topics include

How the stories we carry about ourselves can influence our self-perception and mental health.

How our personal stories get distorted.
-
What is the best way to express your story? Essay, poetry, spoken word, video, or a mix?

Reshaping parts or all of your narrative to be more accurate and affirming.
